Parc @dunwoody was the worst apartment I leased in my life. I have lived in several states. I was conned out of $600non-refundable lease fee. The amount was not revealed until the day I signed the lease. I asked several times before signing. Movers scheduled and the electric & gas activated. I couldn't renege. You can not use the gym when the office is closed!!!!! You can not use recreational area for entertainment like most apt complexes offer.
