I have had a great experience in the time I have lived here. The office staff are very friendly and cooperative. Even when something goes wrong, they are responsive and understanding. And they love my fur baby! I have never had an apartment that is so accepting of dogs. Maintenance is also incredibly fast and efficient when responding to issues. The apartments themselves are clean and up to date. They also charge reasonable rates for the amount of space you get, especially compared to the surrounding area. Would recommend!
the AC still hasn't been repaired. it was 90° in my apartment on Sunday. it's 83° in my apartment right now. Tomorrow is THURSDAY! i haven't received a single phone call or email to let me know what's going on. i got a text and an email asking me to give a review of the maintenance. so, here it is.
