Unprofessional This complex is fairly new, and has been having terrible communication skills. My family and I applied here over a month ago and was approved and was not contacted about what apartment we would move into until we kept called a few times every week until about two weeks ago they said the move in date would be the 6th of April, but then had a call earlier this week saying there was a cancellation and we could move in this current Friday. office staff is unprofessional and deceiving Poor service and business ethics. I have never been so disappointed with the way I was treated and can't believe that after month of waiting and not to mention a deposit that I was told to put up to hold an apartment that I did not get, that I have to wait to receive a refund. Worst experience ever I chose spring glenn because it was one of the cheaper apartments in town that wasn't in a bad area and included some utilities. When I went in to pick up my keys, I was told my deposit was $600. However, my lease that was already signed said $400. The leasing lady said that it was a mistake and just crossed it out and wrote in $600. Being that I am a manager for a property management company in the area, I know that this is not allowed. Affordable and comfortable With the current hike in rents in the bay area spilling over to the nearby valley's it is a breath of fresh air to be able to live at a nice, clean, well managed property where you know the staff really cares. Older building but maintenance works very hard to keep it clean, neat and in good condition. I would recommend Spring Glenn as an affordable, comfortable with nice neighbors.
