My first experience was being bullied on the phone, attempting to coerce information out of me. It is against consumer guidelines to do so. They must provide who the represent and in what matter first. I tried ro point that out, the woman just bullied her way to hanging up. I am reporting them to the Ministry.
I am being harassed by this company. I don’t have any debt, but they call me daily. I have blocked multiple numbers over the past few weeks, and I have asked them to stop calling, but they won’t leave me alone.
They will bully and harass you as much as they can. I declared bankruptcy and they are claiming my bill with one of the creditors was never paid. I have spoken to the creditors myself plus my bankruptcy team and both have confirmed the debt has been paid. This firm has claimed they can take my full amount of disability benefits which is not true as they cannot leave you without paying for rent and your other bills. They can only take a certain percent.
ZERO STARS! SPAMMERS - they should be fined for the incredible annoyance and inconvenience. Even though I blocked their number i get voice mail every day from them!! for some fiction character.
These people called and left emails saying that I owed money and that they were going to garnishmy wages if I didnt respond. When I called them to confirm, they customer service rep yelled at me calling me a criminal and that something was mentally wrong with me. I asked if this is how she speaks to all callers and then she hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and I got hung up on again. Dont give these people money and dont let them scare you, its for sure a scam.
