I had a horrible experience at the nines and want to warn anyone that they try to bribe people for good reviews. First thing that was not disclosed to me, was that they have over 20 AIRBNBS that are company ran within this complex. I happened to move in above and next to a few of them. I watched drug addicts, and countless other sketchy people rent these units for days-weeks at a time, and would deal with cigarette and weed smoke, to loud music and people coming and going at all hours of the night. Starting off with the staff, especially Deanna! Making this move in so smooth and simple. The place is gorgeous, clean and the process was seamless. Thank you Deanna and the Nines team!
Updated: I did not have the best experience as a resident at Nines. But I did appreciate their follow-up from the Nines manager on my feedback. She was thoughtful and considerate. I think anytime a company is willing to take in negative feedback and respond professionally is rare.
We received great response to our requests for repairs etc. friendly knowledgeable maintenance staff also.. Austin Alex and Mtc Supt. Thank you
A lovely property with much to offer. Diamond in the leasing office is friendly and helpful, and a great resource for the property!
