Kirsten has been extremely helpful in my move. I just got my keys the other day and she was there for me when things got a little hectic on my end. The unit needs a bit of work before it all comes together, but all in all I think I'm going to really like this place!
I moved here right before the new management team took over, and I can confidently say the difference has been night and day. While my experience with the previous Greystar management was disappointing, the Avenue 5 team, especially Kirstin, has been fantastic. It’s very clear to me they’re working incredibly hard to fix the issues left behind and genuinely care about improving the community overall. I have lived at this unit since April of 2025. When I moved in, I had a lot of issues with the initial leasing agency resolved very quickly. A few weeks after I had moved in, my refrigerator broke, at which point a new refrigerator was delivered that did not have an ice maker. I was told they were to replace it with one that had an ice maker, which still never got completed and I have been told will not get completed.
