Brian and Ray were amazing maintenance technicians! My AC wasn’t working and they came within the hour. They tried many ways to fix it and eventually brought me a portable AC unit while the company fixes the apartment AC. Great team.
I recently moved from The Nines after two years as a resident. The property has changed for the worse with many Airbnb units. My apartment flooded twice from construction accidents in apartments above me. No rent abatement was offered. Parking is atrocious. Many cars do not fit in the spaces. Someone parked in my space for three days and the office gave me a business card of towing company for me to call. The trash is overflowing many days.
