I do like Dr Derek very much as he is very responsible and loving nature with animals. All other staff I dealt with are nice and friendly except the girl Izzy which I don’t want her to serve me if I had a choice always have a zombie face with her tone and voice toward to me with such arrogant attitude and what for ? I don’t hope to be serviced and deal with particular staff other than that I don’t have an issue with the clinic !
Nothing but exceptional care and honesty. Every vet, nurse and office staff go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel welcome and cared for. I have been attending this practice for the entirety of my dogs life (he is now 12!) and they have been superb. Even during one phase where my dogs health was exceptionally difficult to diagnose and treat they called it early and referred us to a specialist vet for higher level diagnostics.
