Panorama apartments were newly renovated. However, the management was unprofessional and rude. The old apartment manager, Tracy, was great. However, they got someone new in, Jessica. Jessica was unresponsive to phone calls, texts, and even lied about details of our interaction. Her supervisor was inconsiderate and lacked cordial expression. They have unrealistic fees that are not disclosed to begin with as well. Jessica was so helpful and informative the property was very well kept and i’m excited to be putting in my application to move in!!
Property looks great, HOWEVER, I stopped in for my listing appointment and looks can be deceiving. No clear direction on where the renting office is. So I went to the front door and eventually was approached by a tall white guy that said "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" Not, hi how can I help you. I was angry. Why would you address anyone like that? When I finally found the office the listing guy, Hispanic, acted confused that I was there for an appointment they had sent me! We started renting Aug 12 2023 and are very happy. We are waiting for our home to be ready and I couldnt ask for a better place to wait. The pool and hot tub are clean and enjoyable. They ahve beautiful sturdy furniture to rest on. The courtyard is clean and gorgeous. Grass, trees, hummming birds, zero scaped and nice for a small walk. My expectations renting here were an inexpensive, basic place to sleep and shower until my house was built. I lived here five months. Lack of a stove sucked but I bought a toaster oven. No dishwashers. Small sink area. Living through the construction phase was horrible and they sometimes started work at 6 am. They are done with the major construction so you won't have to deal with this. My biggest complaint is the noise of neighbors shutting cabinets. It is really loud.
