We started renting Aug 12 2023 and are very happy. We are waiting for our home to be ready and I couldnt ask for a better place to wait. The pool and hot tub are clean and enjoyable. They ahve beautiful sturdy furniture to rest on. The courtyard is clean and gorgeous. Grass, trees, hummming birds, zero scaped and nice for a small walk. My expectations renting here were an inexpensive, basic place to sleep and shower until my house was built. I lived here five months. Lack of a stove sucked but I bought a toaster oven. No dishwashers. Small sink area. Living through the construction phase was horrible and they sometimes started work at 6 am. They are done with the major construction so you won't have to deal with this. My biggest complaint is the noise of neighbors shutting cabinets. It is really loud. The panorama has not been a good rental experience in a few ways. However the property manager is kind. The apartments have a lot of noise due to construction on top of bothersome fire alarms and fire control panel beeping. The pool isn’t available and the gym won’t be open until the fall. I’m not sure why these were advertised as working amenities when all you pay for is a shoe box studio with non-stop noise. There isn’t an oven. The kitchen is just plain unrealistic for use. The apartments are beautiful and brand new! Looking forward to the gym and the restaurant opening in spring! Tracy the property manager and the rest of the team are super helpful and respond quickly! Definitely 5 stars ⭐
