I absolutely love it here! It's Very quiet. The outdoor Year round pool and hot tub are a plus! We now have our gym available during office hours. Our property Manager Jessica is the best! Anytime I have needed anything my requests are met in a timely manner! We have had issues with the fire alarms going off excessively, due to some tenants not following the rules.(Or using common sense) Other than that, we have great restaurants, grocery/convenience stores nearby with great dining options nearby! Still an EXCELLENT place to live..please at least inquire and see everything they have to offer at a affordable price. So convenient, gated, clean, affordable.
Genuinely curious, how do you stay open with false fire alarms every few days? Isn't there fines associated with wasting emergency resources? As someone who lives near by, your residents HAVE to be fed up with weekend fire alarms that have no real source. Props to the Rio Rancho Fire Department because I know they hate seeing your address for the 1000th time in a month.
For the most part the property is clean and located in a great area but the living experience has been a nightmare. The only good part about living here is that it’s in Rio Rancho and your unit will have a washer and dryer. That’s pretty much it! If you love to cook you will struggle with just a small electric stove top and microwave. No oven and no dishwasher. I absolutely love it here! Very quiet. The outdoor pool and hot tub is a plus! Maintenance Oscar & Manager Jessica are the best to have her! No kids or animals running around, we feel very safe here! Thank you Panorama!
