The cheery "Pancake Man" sign says it all at this Cape Cod breakfast tradition. The omelets, French toast and waffles are good, but pancakes made the restaurant famous, with 15 varieties including apple cinnamon, honey buckwheat, spicy salsa and corn meal, and a fluffy potato and chive. Bottomless coffee and fast service in a bright, friendly space seal the deal. Get there before 8:30a on weekends to avoid huge lines. The restaurant has a full service bar. Open daily from 7pm.

Didn't even get to try the food. We we were promptly seated but despite the restaurant being less than 1/4 full we waited for over 10 minutes without a waitress visiting our table. There were multiple waitresses standing around doing nothing. I asked a passing bus boy if we could get someone to help us and he politely said he would. Forgot to bring my wallet when I went took my daughter to breakfast. So Pancake Man makes me leave her while I go home to get it. Even after admitting that they recognized us from being there all the time. Well you can be sure that won't happen again. Ever. But I get it... I'm not the target customer, I live here. So who cares...Spend that money wisely, it's the last you'll get from me.
