Granddaughter birthday
Took my granddaughter and her friend there for a pampered package this morning at 10am. The Manager and one associate worked on them. The manager was wonderful, friendly and did a fine job. The associate was with my granddaughter who we noticed wasn’t doing a very friendly or interactive job of pampering her. We wondered why our granddaughter wasn’t happy. Just wonderful! The ladies were amazing and so good with the girls! It’s the absolute cutest experience. Our littles had the best time and soaked up all the pampering.
What an awesome experience. My daughter had an amazing time. Kim was so great with her and mage her feel so comfortable. Can't wait to go again.
