‼️‼️NOT RECOMMENDED ‼️‼️, The manager is very rude , there is a neighbor that disrupts the entire complex ,she is directly across from us and has 3 cameras pointed directly on our front door ,We had to go buy a hanging bamboo panel to hang in front of our little portion of the porch JUST to get a littleee bit of privacy ,that we pay 900$ a month for ,she records us on her cell phone EVERYTIME we step outside and she’s out there ,and follows us all the way to the parking lot recording , but claims she’s “in fear” everyone has... read more
Horrible place to stay we moved in April and are now being terminated. Rachel Rosario Lives in 59 and has been harassing people maybe since the place was built and Annie the Manager dosent HELP IN ANY WAY . Rachel had 3 cameras facing our FRONT DOOR , she walks around recording you on a cell phone cause she does so much bad she’s paranoid. Annie NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. If you are looking for a place that allows heavy smoking and has lower rent than other apartments in the neighborhood, this is the place for you. Getting repairs can take a long time, and everything smells like smoke. I saw a listing online that said "smoke free", this is not the case.
