I agree that things went downhill this year with new management. I used to feel like it was "home" for our loved one - but she felt it as much as we did when we visited, and she was not happy. The new manager was cold, unfeeling, we couldnt wait to get away from his uncaring attitude.
Ive seen a huge decline in resident care and concern since new management has taken over earlier this year (2009). It was a wonderful atmosphere with the previous owner and administration. I always felt the love and the Lords presence before. Now I feel like it is being run as a business only and they management now has forgotten that this facility are the residents home. Very disappointed!
Very nice, clean and attractive Facility. Impressed with the decor, odorless"" and view. Staff are very helpful. Private rooms. Great place for anyone thinking of relocating their loved one.
