I really like the condominium, but if you arrive after 8pm, be prepared to have great difficulty finding a parking space... this place is completely disorganized.
Great experience from the tour all the way tot he check in Dixy was amazing!! Beautiful complex everything was amazing
Very hard working maintenance staff and good administrative people. Our unit had a few issues they have worked hard to get them solved. We are very comfortable here and our cats are too . Can't say enough good things about the maintenance men
Como residente en The Palm of Clearwater, con más de 2 años de convivencia, me he sentido muy satisfecha del ambiente que nos ha brindado el mismo, ya que una de las principales razones que mas me han gustado es que son exclusivos con sus residentes, el lugar es tranquilo , limpio, sus instalaciones funcionan al 100%,… y otro valor agregado muy importante es que estamos en el casco de la Ciudad, donde poseemos todo absolutamente todo cerca, bancos, farmacias, Centro Comerciales, tiendas, supermercados, y el lugar turístico m... read more
