First off, Bob Boris from Firehouse Towing stopped to help my wife when her car broke down a few years ago. I got his phone number and contact info and swore up and down to myself that I would write him a review. Fast forward to a week and a half ago. This company is AMAZING. My friend locked her keys in the car before going into Walmart. While freaking out trying to figure out how to get in the car, firehouse towing was recommended. The guy arrived to my location within 10 MINUTE!!! He was very polite and best priced out of 3 other tow companies. He was very efficient and knowledgeable in the process. Not only was he providing the service, he explained as he was going through the service to reassure me that my car was in safe hands.
Had to come from 2hrs away twice to get my daughter car from being towed from where she lived at if it’s about rules and regulations then why there’s cars out the with expired stickers on it. Wrote a whole post telling her about her which was very unprofessional but hey it’s your business do as you please about her car. Called the police n they said that they had been getting a lot of calls about this place n the apartment complex lately n for us to take it to Civil Court.because it’s private property.
