I’m giving The Palms Spa a one-star review due to an extremely disappointing experience. I’ve booked through ResortPass many times, and typically, they call to confirm. However, when I called today to confirm my two massages for tomorrow, I was told they couldn’t accommodate me. They claimed to have left voicemails and texts, but I received nothing. Booked an 80 minute massage, it was incredibly relaxing! With any service, you also have access to beach and pool area, plus the full spa experience, including steam room and resting area. Pricing is pretty good, definitely will be back next time!
Booked the couples massage, once you arrive you forget your in Miami because of the service and the aromas , the therapists really make you relax and feel comfortable. And for the price it’s a no brainer because you essentially get a day pass to the beach and pool included with your massage. Definitely coming back
First spa experience and it was wonderful. 50 minute couples massage followed by a 50 minute facial. Felt very refreshing and relaxed afterwards. Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I saw reviews about the size of the spa. This is a smaller spa. In the relaxation area people walking could possibly see you. But honestly I don’t think anyone is really paying attention. Omy done my facial and she was amazing. Overall I was impressed by the whole experience from start to finish.
