I got the full ceremonial outdoor experience. Likes: how personalized it felt, I truly felt like a queen! I nearly fell asleep during the massage because of how pleasant it was. The outdoor area is beautiful and hidden, and there were lush foliages and birds chirping in a pond while I showered. I loved the prosecco at the end and the tea and lemon water in the beginning. We purchased a massage at this spa as a gift for our friends today and truly wanted their experience to be special. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk completely ruined it. The receptionist was uninterested from the start and behaved in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. After the appointment, she called us to say we would be additionally charged for a deep tissue option (something that was never mentioned or explained to us beforehand).
