Not enough yard space and not wide enough street space.. You sometimes have to pull over to let a car pass.
Very well built home unlike other builders they build sturdy block homes both top and bottom floors. All upgraded features including granite and large kitchen island and tile throughout main areas. Smart home so very low cost utility bills which is amazing for a 2 story unit! I would highly recommend DR Horton Builders!
I just want to applaud DR Horton and the amazing associates that I have worked with during my home buying experience. I was going through a divorce and things were a bit crazy for me but Ann Marie was amazing. She was attentive, understanding, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy for me.
