I want to see if I can apply ? I have 2 kids. One yr old and one 11 yr old. My son is baby Mason and my daughter is Mallory. I just have my mom here in Tx w me, no other family, and I just think it's getting a little crowed here at her home. I will do anything if y'all can please call me ASAP, me and my 2 kids are sharing one small room. I have a job and get assistance from the government. I can pay In advance to move in , pay extra . I have lived at Lexington Apartments for almost two months. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the blue shirts - or the maintenance staff seem to know what they are doing and perform all work orders in an efficient, capable and timely manner. The grounds are always kept tidy as nice as well. There is a community building with classes and activities for both kids and adults as well. Its a great stepping stone for some and a nice more permanent home for others.

MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE HEAR!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER ONE MONTH FOR THEM TO FIX A LEAK.. ONCE HAD A LEAK IN THE CEILING, MAINTENANCE CAME AND "FIXED" WITH MY FAN TO DRY UP THE AREA! STAIRS ARE FALLING APART, A MAN ONCE FELL THROUGH AND HURT IS LEG. IT WAS FIXED BY PAINTING THEM GREEN AND BY PUTTING A CAUTION SIGN..MOLD IN SHOWER , BROWN WATER THRU THE FAUCET, MAINTENANCE ARE RESIDENTS AND HAVE OTHER RESIDENTS DO THEIR WORK!! I've lived at Lexington Manor for about a year and it seems very clean and has nice surroundings. The maintenance people handle the work orders on time and satisfy their residents needs. I would say they are on top of schedule at all times.
