I have lived here since 2019. The neighborhood is always beautiful. Most of the neighbors are nice and friendly. There are only a few weirdos. The neighborhood manager Huan is very friendly and helpful. If you need to repair anything, you can send a message and he will solve it as soon as possible. It's great. This is a beautiful neighborhood with great management.
Scary neighborhood
I used to live at the Palms, and the rent went up like clockwork. oh my goodness, The owner is RUTHLESS.
Do not leave your car out!! (Might get broken into)
