such a wonderful team both in-store and online! They were able to fill both of my vases with beautiful preserved arrangements, perfect for our cafe venue. I can’t wait to be back to get some arrangements for my home and future events.
I ordered a floral arrangement as a gift. It was delivered by being thrown over the gate of the property. It took weeks for Palmier to send a replacement vase, they would not send a replacement arrangement. They only sent a replacement vase and my friend who received the gift had to put the arrangement together which for the price was very disappointing. Absolutely amazing, great quality and Jordan has been a superstar designing a stunning arragment an going above and beyond where there was a little issue. By far the quality of products puts other out there to shame and the designs are just amazing.

My partner ordered me a surprise bouquet for my birthday which arrived today. Firstly, the bouquet is GORGEOUS, my partner and I noted the craftsmanship put into each individual leaf and bud in terms of pressing. Secondly, the packaging was incredibly secure and looked so classy. Nothing was damaged and the quality of the paper inside the box was excellent. Lastly, quick delivery. We live far from Victoria and didn’t expect the order to arrive on time but it did and it has made my day. 5 stars all around 🥰
