We just moved my husband to Assisted Living at The Palmettos. He is very happy there! He has Alzheimer's, not in memory care yet. The staff is kind, attentive and professional. Their communication with me is very good. I like that there are 6 levels of care, and I can increase that level at any time if I think he needs more care. I've had meals with him, and the food is very good ... there are multiple choices for every meal, including dessert, and the portions are generous. I heartily recommend The Palmettos!
A truly exceptional facility with a professional, attentive, and kind staff. Beautiful assisted living accommodation that looks more like a lovely and comfortable hotel than a care facility. No bad smells; no unkind words; no shaming when someone needs a bit of help--I'm so happy and relieved that we found this place for my mother!
