A truly exceptional facility with a professional, attentive, and kind staff. Beautiful assisted living accommodation that looks more like a lovely and comfortable hotel than a care facility. No bad smells; no unkind words; no shaming when someone needs a bit of help--I'm so happy and relieved that we found this place for my mother! Place is horrible. I can’t believe Kim still works here. Smh
My Mom has been there almost 2 years. Although nowhere is perfect, I am pleased with the Palmettos. The team is extremely caring. If I have a problem management addresses it right away. The facility is cheerful. They have lots of activities.
attended their Christmas Gala- Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The residents had a great time , the decorations were beautiful and the staff worked very well together . I would place my parents here any day.
Worst place and nasty, way over priced, can’t believe Kim still is the lead over there she does drugs and Sean is stay cussing out his workers. Stay away
