Outstanding and Professional Maintenance Team! I have been highly satisfied with the maintenance team at The Palmer. I've had to submit requests (for a water leak and a noisy dryer), and the response was quick. Within an hour, the staff communicated with me, arrived at my unit, and quickly and correctly assessed the issues. They addressed everything with such care, kept the area of work perfectly clean, and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still working well. I have lived in the Palmer for over 3 months now and this has been the best experience living in an apartment and with the management. The staff at the management are extremely responsive with a quick turnaround and helpful response and resolution to any problem. The apartment was in excellent condition when we received, but we were also encouraged to fill out our own walkthrough checklist for move in and we will also be filling one when we move out.
