Here 9 days and not disappointed. Everything from viewing to closing was excellent, even working us through our unique situation of having an older mom sweetie who just needs a little help. Matt and Sarah were especially helpful, Matt was incredibly efficient. We're very much enjoying our short-term stay with all the amenities and walks around the lovely aesthetics of the community and the, nature aspects of its surrounding oasis.
I originally posted a review when we had first moved in. I had dreamed of living at The Palmer after touring it years ago. Turns out it is not all I hoped it would be. We have had nothing but maintenance issues since moving in. Our heat has been sporadically turning off at least twice a month for the past several months. This happened after our water heater leaked into the unit below us and they had it “repaired”. Not resolved. I absolutely love this apartment complex, easily the best place I have ever lived. It's absolutely beautiful and the team at Greystar work so hard to ensure we are happy and well taken care of. From their management team to maintenance. They all truly try their best to make everyone feel heard. It's right down the street from Park Meadows mall, has a dog wash station, and a pool and hot tub. I love living here so much. It's modern yet quaint with great amenities. Greystar management here really outdo themselves, always creating new ways to bring the Palmer community together. Potlucks, holiday themed arts and crafts, and many others. I've met some of my neighbors this way and it was lovely. It's a beautiful area tucked away near centennial airport, I for one love seeing the planes takeoff and land. I barely hear them. Night time is quiet and peaceful. It is one of the best places to rent. Absolutely fabulous team. Matt and Charli are an AMAZING duo!! Honestly, they run the ship tight and organized. Any complaint is handled swiftly and courteously. James from Maintenance does his best, listens, and works hard. Sometimes, he could use a little help lifting heavy objects. He is unfortunately left to do it by himself at times (very risky...).
