This is a fantastic apartment complex. The leasing staff and maintenance staff have all been great in helping with any issues we’ve had (and there haven’t been many). It is so quiet and everyone here seems to be pretty respectful. I haven’t once even heard loud music or seen any trash on the ground. You can tell that they actually care about what they do and how the property looks for residents. I am so thankful to be here.
My wife and I lived here for 3 years and it was such an amazing place ! Made many friends with neighbors, utilized the amazing amenities, and had fun exploring the area as it is in such a central location! Maintenance was always quick and accurate, and the leasing staff was always attentive and kind! So sad to be leaving this place, so many good memories!
Best apartment property I have ever lived in. The staff, maintenance, and company itself was great to work with. Would absolutely recommend this place to live long term.
The staff at The Palmer is always ready and willing to help. Sarah is always happy to assist anyone in need. They always reply to my emails and call promptly. They are doing a great job. Definitely rent here if you want a reliable leasing team. The maintenance men are also amazing. They are always happy to help.
The maintenance crew at The Palmer has always been SUPER amazing! If I have an issue, they keep me posted on the situation and fix anything that needs to be fixed very quickly! I even had issues with my dryer and they offered keys to an empty unit right below me to finish my laundry! I especially love Dylan!! He’s so amazing!! Just such nice guys and I always feel very well taken care of!
