This place is AWFUL!! The building was recently sold and since then they are no longer landscaping, the building is filthy and the dog park gate has fallen down. The trash is piling up and the 1st floor reeks of urine—there is often puddles of urine in the elevator. I am so disappointed about the conditions here. Keep looking for something else.. Do not rent from this company Chevron properties. They do no maintenance or landscaping basically slumlords currently it’s 86° and several tenants have no air conditions which is a health hazard and upper management could care less

This place is AWFUL!! Recently bought out and since then they are no longer landscaping and the dog park gate has fallen down. , The trash is piling up and the 1st floor reeks of urine . I was recently locked out and the maintenance man came and said he did not have a master key. I sat outside of my apartment for four hours and had to call a locksmith. This place is total trash. Keep looking for something else. The building is in the toilet .. I’m a nurse and I truly regret ever moving in here..
