4/25—This place is AWFUL!! The building was recently sold and since then they are no longer landscaping, the building is filthy and the dog park gate has fallen down. The trash is piling up and the 1st floor reeks of urine—there is often puddles of urine in the elevator. I am so disappointed about the conditions here. Keep looking for something else.. I’ve had a really good experience living at The Palmer Apartments. The location is very convenient, close enough to shopping and public transit, but tucked away enough to feel quiet and residential. The building itself has a lot of charm, and I appreciate the updates that have been made in the common areas.
