I have resided here at the Palmer apartments for 1 year now, and I just recently renewed my lease. Over the past year I have been consistently impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the management team. The office manager Alicia is great and has been very kind & helpful. Donte is the best maintenance guy ever--he is quick to respond to clogged drains, etc. Thanks guys. Also, the walls are thick, and I don’t hear my neighbors very often – I love that. Here are the downsides: Parking is pricey, and most of the spots are inconvenient and are at the bottom of the hill. The sun shines brightly on The Palmer's new look. The construction trash in the back lot was removed, the lawns and parking lot are litter-free, colorful flowers are planted at the front door, and beautiful floral arrangements are planted in pots near the pool. The flowers are maintained and thriving, even in the summer heat. Residents welcome these changes that enhance The Palmer's setting.
First let me start by saying heavenly is such a good property manager. She’s responsive polite and tries to help. What I don’t like is the electricity situation. My bill is always high and not comparable to what I use to pay. I do think the $100 parking is excessive, but that is not something the property manager can control.
