I’ve had a really good experience living at The Palmer Apartments. The location is very convenient, close enough to shopping and public transit, but tucked away enough to feel quiet and residential. The building itself has a lot of charm, and I appreciate the updates that have been made in the common areas. The staff have been responsive whenever I’ve had a question or small maintenance request, which makes a big difference compared to other places I’ve lived. The building is well-kept, with excellent amenities and a great location. A huge shoutout to the property manager, Al-Nis—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any issues. It's clear Al-Nis cares about the residents, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
Awesome mgmt team! Receptive attentive and compassionate
Worked with Isabella on leasing a new apartment and she made the process seamless. She was incredibly accommodating and answered all questions, fully and quickly!
Big shoutout to Isabella at The Palmer! She make tour easy, and answer everything. Apartment is a little over my budget, but she awesome. If you look for nice agent, she the one!
