These apartments are trash. Someone should call the News & Health Department. Run-down, never follow up with work orders. Maintenance can not keep up or even follow-up with work orders. Office hours are posted & there is nobody there during those hours that are posted. Doors are locked while multiple residents are waiting outside to speak to someone. WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE?
I moved and I had the pleasure of meeting Alexis & Catrina she gave me a tour answered all my questions I decided to move to the palm and the whole process was super easy thanks to Alexis. When moving in I did have a couple maintenance issues but Alexis made sure they got done. THANK YOU ALEXIS
BEWARE!!! My husband and I were needing a place quick and were weasled and scammed into a unit that had aggressive black mold that has been painted over two dozen times, plumbing issues with dirty water, old tenants hair, and debris coming up in the bathtub. We were not allowed to see the unit and were advised by the previous manager that the unit was perfect. My daughter has been living here for a week & they refuse to fix her water heater among other things. Her water smells like rotten eggs & maintenance promised to fix it but never showed up along with fixing everything else wrong. Office just said "we'll follow up on it" but obviously didn't. She can't cook, shower or do anything that requires using water. Already been advised to call corporate & file a complaint with the city.
