Bad place to live. They refused to fix any problems with the Apt. I had a missing window for 7 months and they will not even put a board in to cover the hole.
What needs to happen is management needs to be investigated. The city code needs to get involved. They take your rent but don’t fix anything. Lies and a feedback on how they care. Lies…. Unsafe living conditions for children, elderly and families!
The most disgusting place I have ever lived. Gnat infestation, drain fly infestation, roaches, rats dying in the vents and leaving horrible smells throughout the apartment, mold, dirty and stained toilet when we moved in, messed up AC, you can reach out to the office people over and over again and they refuse to do anything about your maintenance requests for months. I can go on and on about the issues. Do not move into these apartments.
Living at Palms on SPID has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The management and leasing office staff are unprofessional, unresponsive, and often dismissive of residents’ concerns. Maintenance requests take forever to be addressed—if they’re acknowledged at all—and communication from the office is consistently poor. It’s clear that tenant satisfaction is not a priority here. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and well-managed living environment.
