Ever since Catrina stepped into that office and became a team member, I feel like the community here has become alot better. Her and Alexis make a great team. The way she handles any issue in a timely matter has definitely been a big help. She welcomes you with the biggest smile when you walk in that office and takes the time to listen to whatever issue you may bring and definitely takes the time to come up with solutions for you.
Great Front Desk Experience I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Alexis and Katrina at the front desk! They are both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They make you feel comfortable and genuinely take the time to listen and assist with anything you need. Their professionalism and positive attitudes really make a difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and feel lucky to have such great front desk staff at my apartments! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can't say enough good things about Catrina! She truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. She listened to exactly what I needed, never rushed me during tours, and handled all of my moving-day questions with patience and a great attitude. Exceptional customer service! Goddamn AI responses to these shit reviews. THEY HAVE NO POOLS. THEY ARE LIARS AND REFUSE TO REMOVE THE PICTURES SO EDITING TO ADD THEM. Also the "property manager" is very rude and nonchalant about issues. Asked if i wanted to leave notice to vacate. No need. With the infestation and apartment issues documented i can break lease and leave no notice at all if I wanted to. They don't care they'll keep getting people's money.
