Nice place. The concierge is very polite and respectful, always greeting people warmly. The service overall is pretty good, and the building management seems attentive (they actually read and respond to reviews!). Food delivery can be brought directly upstairs, which is really convenient. The building is very clean, and the soundproofing is excellent, so it’s always quiet inside.
I strongly advise against choosing this mobile apartment complex. The housekeeping staff here are incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. They lack basic courtesy and respect for residents. On multiple occasions, their behavior was abrasive, and they seemed to care little about maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. They always have a useless announcement on the speaker! Many false fire alarms during the night and in the middle of the night while sleeping, use of warning horn and alarm every day for no reason! The elevator has been unavailable for more than 3 months!
There hasn’t been a day where I woke up naturally they always have a useless announcement on the speaker, doorbell noises and not to mention today is the second consecutive day of fire alarm inspection with constant alarm going off since the morning there are also no mute button for the alarm like other condos
