Let me start the review with this…if you’re looking for new and modern, this is not the place for you. This place is cute, quirky, holding on to old world class, giving “Only Murders in the Building’ vibes (in the best of ways). It feels like ease and comfort. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and a public beach access. The outdoor area is by far my favorite spot. Could the place use a little TLC, I believe so. I'm staying here And I'm very disappointed it does smell especially the first day when I arrived The shower Doesn't even work Very little towels And no hangers They cannot change my room because I booked it through a third party the location is great but I had no idea this hotel was so old and in dire need for upgrading Will I come here again Perhaps As I was walking down the hall I saw other rooms that were better I think they gave me the worst room I'm spending 260 a night And I thought it would be a lot nicer You live and... read more
This property is Amazing, very elegant and cozy. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are warm and friendly. I recommend my friends and family to stay here. I love the location and I want to say thank you again to my host.
Clean and functional rooms- and my had a balcony. Reasonable priced, comfortable and centrally located right on Plam Beach Island.
The outside of the hotel needs repair. When I was there the pool was unavailable, and the walls and halls look extremely old. The lobby looks nice. The inside of the rooms are updated and look very nice. They are far more modern than expected. If you do not get a plastic placard, parking is a nightmare. You have to pay metered parking and valet is often full. You may have to potentially walk far to get there and walk back with the placard and walk agin back to the hotel.
