I really want anyone reading this review, to take this as a sign and not move here. The pricing doesn’t match what you actually get. The “renovated” units are basically patch jobs, holes and damage just painted over instead of fixed. At move in, drains were already clogged and bathrooms and drawers hadn’t even been cleaned, there was still hair in them. Do not live here. If I could rate them 0 I would. Our drains and AC didn’t work for the first week of move in. They barely did anything to help. There’s a giant crack in the walls. The blinds are yellow in the secondary bedroom and have not been replaced even though they said they would be. That was two weeks ago. The AC person said they saw someone in our apartment when we had not been there all day and they had been there six times. So my roommate and I who are both girls feel so unsafe. Alex from the maintenance team at The Emory Apartments is awesome! He’s always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever something needs to be fixed. He does a great job, communicates clearly, and genuinely seems to care about making sure everything is taken care of. Really appreciate having someone like Alex on the maintenance team. Highly recommend!

I have loved every moment of living at The Emory so far. First of all my neighbors are awesome; i've met some of my favorite people ever here. I've made so many friends here I think i've been to pretty much every different apartment layout. Also all the apartment management and maintenance staff have been great to me since day one. Especially Rachel, Diego, Jayden, in management as well as Alex (awesome dude btw) and James in maintenance.
