DONT GET ANYTHING OF VALUE MAILED HERE… YOU PACKAGE WILL GET STOLEN… BY WHOM? MY SISTER SENT ME SOME OF MY DECEASED MOTHERS THINGS AND AS TOU GUESSED IT.. IT WAS STOLEN…. VERY SPIRITUAL WOMAN SO WHOMEVER HAS HER THINGS.. YOU WILL EXPERIENCE PARANORMAL ACTIVITY AND YOURE GOING TO HAVE BAD LUCK… JUST DROP IT OFF IN THE LOBBY.. NO ON ONES THE WISER… IF NOT… THATS ON YOU.. HOPE ITS WORTH IT! THIS IS NOT THE FIRDT TIME A PACKAGE OF MINE HAS BEEN STOLEN FROM THIS PROPERTY…
The great reviews are lies. The staff are all temps with stuck up entitled attitudes and constantly harass tenants (specifically, the one named Amanda ) while they’re on their own porch and will enter your apartment whether you know about it or not constantly complain about your animals and up fees and if you go into the office to speak with them, they will embarrass you in front of other potential tenants. Too many nice places In Mooresville this place should be dozed down.
Have lived here for 4 years. Have never had any issues from neighbors or anything inside the apartment breaking - pretty sure I’m the 4 years I’ve only called maintenance once. They do regular pest control and air filter replacements as well. Sometimes the trash compactor gets messy but that has to do with people just stacking their trash on the side and not putting it inside the compactor haha. All in all my experience here has been great. I’m moving out in 3 weeks but have been so thankful for my time here.
