3x plumbing issues within 2 months of living here in addition to the AC problem. They’ve replaced the thermostat after a few complaints. Ive lived for 3-4 years in my apartment in Winston Salem but I never reported any maintenance so I’m a little worried how I’m having these problems here. My service call was done in a timely manner, And done very good.
DON’T MOVE HERE.. I ONLY PUT THREE BECAUSE I AM GRATEFUL FOR A ROOF OVER MY HEAD. BUGS COME THROUGH THE LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE KITCHEN AND I REQUESTED THEM TO COME CLEAN THEM OUT. THE REQUEST GOT DENIED. THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT TEAM WERE GOOD ABOUT THINGS LIKE CHANGING LIGHT BULBS AND CLEANING THEM WHEN THEY NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. I ASKED CURRENT MANAGEMENT ABOUT MY LIGHT FIXTURE IN THE DINING AREA. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO BUY THE BULBS AND SHNGE THEM MYSELF. Rental office lady Amanda is so nice and helpful. We're handicapped and had trouble signing documents on line so she came to our apt. And helped my sister sign in on her phone and she is trying to get us a handicap parking spot in front of our side of bldg. The apt is beautiful and the grounds are well kept and NO Bugs! We couldn't be happier.
