They were great application process very easy got moved in with a week they gave us a welcome bag apartment we picked looks amazing
I usually don't write reviews but I feel I need to. We lived here for about 4 years. There have been some hiccups down the road but that's to be expected. Just know , when you reach out to Amanda at the office, she will listen and do everything she can to accommodate what ever your need is. Amanda thinks of the people that rent at palisades more as family rather than tenants. If you just tell her if there is a problem, she will do want she can to make it right. I do recommend this apartment, only because of her.
3x plumbing issues within 2 months of living here in addition to the AC problem. They’ve replaced the thermostat after a few complaints. Ive lived for 3-4 years in my apartment in Winston Salem but I never reported any maintenance so I’m a little worried how I’m having these problems here. I also don’t like that their maintenance people would come inside the apartment without the tenant knowing.
