Maintenance man Willy was fast and efficient when my air conditioner went out. Very nice and friendly and did great work!
I have officially lived at these apartments for 5 years now and absolutely love it. This is the most stress free apartment I have ever lived in. The office managers have always been quick to answer my emails and address any concerns. And the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. I want to give a BIG shout out to Willy in maintenance. I came home from work on a Thursday afternoon to a hot apartment on a very hot day. I called the emergency line and he was here in no time. He worked on getting the a/c working but in the end, the compressor was shot. A portable a/c unit was brought in for the night. The next day Willy was back at it, working diligently to locate a compressor and get it installed in the heat. Been here about 5 months, and I will say Christina Tejada is probably the most professional leasing agent I've ever worked with. I'm 34 years old. Everything that needs to be done, she does. She makes sure the community is respectful with each other. She makes sure the maintenance men are taken care of. She makes sure the residents are taken care of, also. She is very, very, very, very tech-savvy. I hope she stays the leasing agent here for many, many, many more years. She deserves a secure position.
