I want to give a BIG shout out to Willy in maintenance. I came home from work on a Thursday afternoon to a hot apartment on a very hot day. I called the emergency line and he was here in no time. He worked on getting the a/c working but in the end, the compressor was shot. A portable a/c unit was brought in for the night. The next day Willy was back at it, working diligently to locate a compressor and get it installed in the heat. Been here about 5 months, and I will say Christina Tejada is probably the most professional leasing agent I've ever worked with. I'm 34 years old. Everything that needs to be done, she does. She makes sure the community is respectful with each other. She makes sure the maintenance men are taken care of. She makes sure the residents are taken care of, also. She is very, very, very, very tech-savvy. I hope she stays the leasing agent here for many, many, many more years. She deserves a secure position.

I moved into the Palisades at Bear Creek 7-16-26 and I love it ! Christina was very helpful in getting me in to tour the unit , and then I applied and got approved within a few days. Easy and simple process and the community is very nice all around :)
I've been living here for 6 months. Cristina (manager) and Willy (maintenance) are excellent professionals. Always willing to help. The community is calm and quiet. I recommend this place
