Its very hard to connect to leasing office no one answers the phone or replies the email. Tried more than 50 times
This apartment has gone off the rails in the last 6 months. This place used to be a quiet, nice little neighborhood, you can tell management lowered the bar for applicants, it’s extremely apparent, this complex is quickly starting to look rough. Edit: ever since they got rid of the old manager Makeda everything appears to be going back to normal. Place is cleaned up, new manager is on top of everything. I almost broke my lease to get out of here but it seems Jason is the man to fix Palisades!
Visiting some people. Nice, clean, decent parking for a visitor.
Makeda Williams Is great i could write a book she is on time fast very nice love it here I highly recommend it here love my place🤗🤗
I’ve been a resident of Palisades at Bear Creek for 8 months. The apartment complex is older with updated apartments and is very quiet and peaceful community. The grounds are well maintained. Makeda is a great manager and Christian provides great maintenance for the complex; they both are very professional and handle a heavy workload with much grace being the only manager and maintenance onsite.
