I cannot emphasize this enough: **do not live here.** My partner and I have lived at Palisades for the past year. At first, it seemed acceptable, but within a few months, we were counting down the days until our lease ended. The rent is outrageously overpriced considering the poor condition of the apartment and the overall experience. I genuinely tried to be patient and understanding, but there comes a point when enough is enough. Moving is one of the most stressful things it's true, but dealing with Namaia & the other staff has been incredible & stress free. Always helpful, polite & always replies asap & with helpful information. Can't thank then enough.
Great place to live and a super clean building. Managements are very understanding and good to deal with, especially naima . I've enjoyed the 2 years i lived there. For sure I will be back.
