I have concerns about how this office handles patient privacy and sensitive information. I personally observed staff performing billing and scheduling work outside of a secure clinical setting, in a way that appeared to make confidential patient information visible to the public. I visited Dr Raskin for an evaluation on Feb 11, 2026. Since he does not accept Medicare, I paid $500 for the consult and $300 for Xrays out of pocket. Today, April 3, 2026, I received a bill for an additional $63 from Paley, which was never mentioned at the time of my consult and for which there is no justification since no procedure was performed.
