Incredibly thankful for this group of professionals 🫶
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with the Paley Institute. I’ve been treated twice at their Jupiter Cantor Spine Center. The staff is amazing from the caring receptionist at check-in through the spinal procedure. It’s a safe place with the most caring and kind nursing staff and Dr. Westerhaus is a fabulous physician for pain management.
My daughter broke her wrist and I went to see Dr Robbins . From the front office staff the Xray tech till meeting Dr Robbins , everyone was extremely kind. Thank you to Mike who spent careful time putting a cast on my daughter and kept her calm , even played relaxing music . Dr Robbins is great at explaining why he’s doing what he doing ! It was a good experience in a scary stressful situation for a 12 year old girl ! Thank you !!
I had reconstructive foot surgery at the Paley Institute with Dr. Lamm, and my foot is still deformed. He considers it a success, but I’m unable to do most of what I used to, how is that success? He has offered to do another surgery to make more corrections, what happened the first time? Worse, at a recent checkup, Dr. Lamm asked me to refresh his memory on why I was there.
