My husband saw Dr Garret Nguyen for consult for surgery on his big toe bone spur. We really liked the doctor however we found his office to be totally incompetent. My husband is on a number of medication’s and no one from his office gave him any directions as far as what not to take prior to surgery. His surgery was scheduled at St. Mary’s Hospital for Aug 5, 2026. Never would I ever had a total knee replacement or any orthopedic surgery and be given Tylenol only. That’s not only barberic but it’s cruel and unusual punishment. Stay far away from these Tylenol only surgeons!!!.
Very professional employees. Attentive and caring. I was greeted by front desk and escorted to where I didn't have to wait for very long. Dr. Quinnan and staff explained everything step by step and what I should expect within the next few weeks as far as healing my Right ankle. I will definitely be returning for my continuity of care. Terrible place. Bad patient service. Charge for X-rays upfront and charge insurance as well! Be aware!! I realized I paid more than I was responsible for!!
I am very disappointed with my experience specifically with Dr. Feldman. After waiting over an hour, the appointment felt rushed, dismissive and impersonal. After living with increasing burning pain, numbness, tingling, weakness and falls following a previous spinal fusion (with another surgeon), I came seeking answers and guidance.
