I recently saw **Dr. Allen** at **The Pain Relief Center of Georgia**, and the experience was completely different—in the best way—compared to my previous pain clinic. Before this visit, I was treated at **Pain Care LLC** on Rock Quarry Rd. At that location, I never received a physical exam. At my very first visit, I was given a urine test and never again. I had a very negative experience with Dr. Idi Allen at The Pain Relief Center in Fayetteville, GA and want to share it so other patients can be aware. During my visit, I felt that Dr. Allen was dismissive and not really listening to me or my health advocate (my husband). He often interrupted and talked over us instead of answering our questions clearly. For example, when I asked about treatment options for pain management, I didn’t receive helpful explanations. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. Several weeks ago I made an appointment on the same day my Dr sent over my referral. Gave all my info. My appointment was on a Tuesday and on the Friday before the appointment I get a call wanting to know my insurance agin. I had already given it to them when I made the appointment. The lady on the phone said she will verify the insurance and call me back. She then sends me an email, not a phone call, to tell me that yes we are in your network.
