I love Pain Management Group. Everyone from the MD's to the NP's to the Nurses and Receptionist are so kind. They are professional while at the same time listening and showing empathy and care. They have worked with me every step of my journey. I wanted an alternative treatment rather than staying on opioids. They introduced me to a wonderful Neuro Surgeon, Dr. Logan. This center has declined noticeably in a short period of time. Although Dr. Hill is listed as my primary provider, I am rarely able to obtain an appointment with him and am routinely scheduled with Chris, a nurse whose bedside manner I find unprofessional. He is often dismissive, condescending, avoids eye contact, and appears to rush patients through their visits. Rather than feeling heard and supported, I frequently leave appointments feeling judged. Whoever the lady working the front desk is, she is absolutely atrocious. I've never seen someone be so rude towards people. She doesn't understand basic policies, and then gets mad when she has to apparently do any aspect of her job. This clinic would be well served to put her in a role that is much less patient facing. If I could put zero stars just for her, I would.
