I can not say enough good things about this practice. Every person that I’ve ever interacted with here has treated me with respect, dignity, compassion and care. The front desk is always respectful and quick to help me, and the Nurse and Doctors not only help me navigate my “new normal” life with a severe chronic pain disease, but they take the time to ask me questions and actually listen to me month after month, and then work hard to provide me with treatments that truly help give me a better quality of life. "Do no harm"? I was profiled, immediately! They tried to undermine my doctor, ordered an MRI vs helping ease my pain. That's my PA'S job. The manager doesn't know how to de-esculate a situation.
I love Pain Management Group. Everyone from the MD's to the NP's to the Nurses and Receptionist are so kind. They are professional while at the same time listening and showing empathy and care. They have worked with me every step of my journey. I wanted an alternative treatment rather than staying on opioids. They introduced me to a wonderful Neuro Surgeon, Dr. Logan. This center has declined noticeably in a short period of time. Although Dr. Hill is listed as my primary provider, I am rarely able to obtain an appointment with him and am routinely scheduled with Chris, a nurse whose bedside manner I find unprofessional. He is often dismissive, condescending, avoids eye contact, and appears to rush patients through their visits. Rather than feeling heard and supported, I frequently leave appointments feeling judged.
