I made an error with my appointment but instead of scolding me or charging me for missing my appointment they were absolutely wonderful, rescheduled for a later time. The staff have always been very professional and patient. I think all that flows from Dr.Josephson who is the best and probably the most talented Dr. I have ever been a patient of. He’s been committed to helping me to lead a normal active life.
Very fast and they make you as comfortable as possible.
I received cortisone shots today for painful trigger points in my back from Dr. Josephson. I really like this doctor! He’s so friendly, has a great bedside manner, and seems like a genuinely good guy. He is also very gentle when administering the shots, much better than I had in the past with another pain doc LOL.
