RecommendedUsed the pain institute when we lived in Kentucky. We have now moved to Pittsburgh and travel there to see Dr. Cronen. Definitely recommend them!

Don't waste your time and money on the BioTe pellet process they offer. They fail to tell you until you're there that there are restrictions if you've had breast cancer and then give you false information in order to get you to pay for the full spectrum of pellets you've been promised. Then when you complain, write letters and make phone calls, no one returns your call. Dr. Cronen is a wonderful, caring person and an excellent doctor. He and his staff are the very best! I really miss you guys!
My husband and I have been receiving treatment here for several years and have been completely satisfied with our care. My husband has had 3 back surgeries and suffers from neck pain, and the shots give him total relief. I have severe back pain and the shots surely have helped me. We do not take pain medication, but, use ice and rest for palliative care.
I've been seeing Dr. Kijewski for about 3 years and I have always had a great experience with him and his staff. He is always looking to find ways to help with my CRPS.
