Excellent doctor! Excellent staff! Excellent care! Hands down the BEST place for pain management care!
This would be 5 stars if I was rating Dr. Bailey and 0 stars if I were rating his receptionist. Calls go unanswered and messages go unreturned. When you do get her on the phone, she doesn't take messages or note in patient charts that they called. She is either overwhelmed and should ask for more help, or incompetent and should be replaced.
