Don't waste you time effort or your insurance on this place, customer service is horrible & I wish I could tell you something about the service or actual treatment or the doctor but they have been constantly rescheduling me for two months now.
I am a patient at PRC New Smyrna Beach for approximately 2 months under the care of Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee was very good at listening during my initial appointment and told me he wanted me to go for a series of 3 shots to my lower back at Alliance Surgery Center in Ormond Beach. The first appointment went well other than the wait time, so no major complaints. Two weeks later, I went for the second shot.
