I have been a patient here for a year and the front desk staff is pleasant, as well as the Medical Assistants. The problem that I have is with PA Kristen Williams. On my second visit there she was very rude not trying to be attentive or understanding to my conditions, but I said to myself that she may be having a bad day and that I would give the place a third try before I find a new practice and physician or switch to the other physician in that practice. There are no possible words, strong enough to say how amazing this practice is. I have been to the Martinsburg office for my appointments in the Hagerstown surgery center for procedures. From the very first time I have felt genuinely cared about and just warm caring staff. Dr B is so kind and explains everything thing he’s doing as he doing it, and ask often if you’re ok? How many Dr’s put helping people in pain over a big career with the Yankees. I can say my Dr did can you?
I was told by many people that experienced the same procedure at other practices that it would be a painful and unpleasant procedure. This was not my experience at all. This doctor is very good at his job. Highly recommend.

I had a review written praising this doctor and thought I should rewrite it to give YOU more information. I have dealt with chronic pain for 20+years. There were so many types of pain in so many different places, I didn't know what I was communicating or if I was at all to the doctor. Shooting, stabbing, sharp, dull aches, radiating and stationary.
