Five stars, and I do not give those out easily. I have been going to Pain & Spine Specialist in Mansfield since March 2026. The doctors are the real deal. I came in with copies of my last several pain management records, the way I do with any new doctor, and Dr. Thomas Hong had already read through all of it before he walked in. Dr Hong has always treated me with kindness and respect. He has taken the time to explain diagnoses, treatments, and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I’ve never felt rushed. I would highly recommend him to those seeking pain management.
