I have lived in many apartments over the past 10 years. This is by far the absolute worst one i have ever lived in. First, When i moved into my apartment the entire place smelled of nothing but marijuana and cigarettes. There were paint spots all over the carpets. I have never lived in an apartment where they don’t replace the carpet after each tenant. No,No,No, Don't Do It! Hidden fees that weren't discussed at lease singing and bogus fees upon moving out, carpet and apartment cleaning, cable etc. And they do not contact you about said fees just straight to collections.
Awful! They are crooks. They will squeeze any bit of money out of you possible, even when your lease is over, they try to screw you over with additional months stating "well we thought you were paying month to month even though you didn't renew your lease." NEVER MOVE HERE! You will be disappointed and broke. 0 stars!
Looks good at first glance but but not worth it!! Rock thrown through bedroom window and it took almost a MONTH to get it fixed. Washer/dryers are horrible quality/out of order. Trash is always overfull. Single bedrooms haven't been updated since built in 1970 and you are overpaying for outdated apartment! Tried to raise rent by 50 dollars WILL NOT RENEW!
Run!!!! Do not live here it is not safe, the gates for cars are a JOKE you can park your car out front and walk in if your looking for trouble and can't get in. Can't get rid of the fleas and roaches and we are not dirty people at all! Their so called pest people I have never seen so that's probably a lie. This place is disgusting go anywhere else.
Roaches are everywhere. I wish. I never moved here. I can't believe this is happening. What a freaking nightmare. Don't move here!
