I came by recently. I am younger, and I had no idea about the steps to get into an apartment. The head manager, I think his name was David was extremely helpful. He was patient, understanding, easy to talk to, and very kind. The area is very clean and well kept up!
I came here to apply recently and ask about information on steps I can take as I am younger and have no idea what to do I met with the office manager David he was extremely polite and understanding with me being young and dumb lol he was very professional but funny at the same time it was overall a way better experience than I expected from a office manager
I can't relate to the past comments. Who ever is managing the office now is making great changes in the short time my grandma said they have been here. People aren't parking everywhere, he has removed many abandoned vehicles. I can say, I can pick up my grandma without fighting a place to park. There used to be no where I could park with handicap tags even. But because of these changes my it has made it easier for my grandma to get to my vehicle.
These ppl at this apartment complex are WEIRDDD! They lie on old tenants and get mad when tenants move from they’re property to the next they lied on my auntie bcuz she moved from they’re property I wouldn’t move here how yall mad bcuz ppl moving this is y ppl move out and leaving without telling them this apartment complex ain’t NOTHING i suggest anybody to not move here ill go to buffalo trail, brairvile, 808 or even the new apartment Ewing they just bulit not these don’t move here the ain’t nothing but a bunch of liars lm... read more
I have been here for 8 years now and I can't wait to leave here. Management is oh so rude except for Karen who has been so helpful. These apts use to be so nice and clean, but now it is hard to get a replacement filter, the breezeway are filled with debris and cobb webs. My granddaughter had a car accident on 04/06; my daughter was here to get me so I could get to her. She parked her car and lo and behold her car was towed by STR Towing at 2:06am, and had to pay 271.00 to get it back. It really hurt my feelings and now, toda... read more
