Unfortunately, changing my rating from 5 to1 star. The team will do the job, however there are no reasons why you should not go with a team that will charge you a lower commission or give you a cashback, they will deliver a very similar service with a few mistakes on the way, no different from Pace team. In fact, they did good up until the point we have bought the house, afterwards it all went downhill.
