RecommendedI have taken my cats to the Cat Practice exclusively for the last 30 plus years. They have always received the best of care. the staff is very friendly and they really care about your pets I also have to mention Cindy Houlihan who owns the Cat Practice. She has become a personal friend of my wife and I over these many years. The appointments for my two cats have also become a visit to catch up with news about family. I had to board Felix last month because of renovations being done to my apartment. He is NOT a fan of leaving the house or being around strangers. The staff here made me feel so comfortable and took great care of him and worked hard to make my little ball of stress (almost literally) as cozy as possible!!
I brought my Sabrina there last night. Very caring and professional staff - highly recommended!
Made an appointment for my two kitties for routine checkups like I have done in the past. Appointment was at 9am to leave them for blood work etc. called at 3 pm to pick them up and they were not even seen yet! Nothing no call to let me know they were running behind ! nothing! Just sitting in a cage all day! Why would I have been told to bring them in at 9am! Shame Shame ! Had to pick them up at 4 ! Time for a change! Think twice about this Practice! People don’t wait all day why would your cat!
Very caring staff and excellent care for my cats.
I had such a nice experience at our visit yesterday afternoon. Everyone was so friendly & helpful, especially Dawn & Dr. Hsieh. I got a lot of helpful tips on caring for our 11 year old, Lynyrd. Especially appreciated the follow up phone calls today, as well. They really seem to care about their patients.
