My vote for best ribs in Tampa Bay. If they backed off the salt in their rub some to just bring out the meat rather than adding a salty flavor they would be perfect in my opinion. Loved the coleslaw with it's hint of vinegar flavor as a wink to the piedmont. No need for canned baked beans, I am sure house made beans are within their capabilities, however, I found that adding some of their original sauce to the beans made them a worthy side to the excellent ribs. By far the best pork sliders ever !! Very friendly staff and reasonable prices !! Also try the deviled eggs !!
