Instead of a Raw Bar hosted by the caterer, our wedding planner (AKD) suggested The Oyster Girls. We had two shuckers for two hours during cocktails and then into the dinner hour. They were a HUGE hit! Our guests loved the freshness of the oysters, and the novelty of the roving shuckers. We would have them at another event in a heartbeat! So, so, so fun and delicious.
