The Oxley management & owners are horrible, living with rodents and extremely high temperature in 1st floor unit , I made the City of Southfield aware, I was given (3) different inspection reports but Oxley management was NOT held accountable for not completing work orders. I have moved out of unit, and the Oxley will be able to rent unit again! Kirk the manager says he's withholding my security deposit after displacing me in unit and demanding possession of unit because I wanted repairs completed and to live RODENT FREE! T... read more
