My mom always stays here when she comes to visit me in Bend, and every time she has a great experience. The rooms are nice, and you can’t beat the location. The desk staff are friendly for the most part but the valet guys are awesome! The most impressive part was that our server, Brandon, in the attached restaurant, remembered both my mom and me by name from over two years ago. Jason met us at the front door. What a wonderful human being. The whole valet team could not have been any nicer for the three days we stayed in Bend. Hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a pillow menu that is amazing…do not pass up the opportunity to partake in this experience. Location was fantastic. Can walk to restaurants, stores, coffee shops, gelato shops, and parks. Highly recommend.
First time here. We stayed one night. Our room was a Junior suite. Staff very attentive, helpful, and professional. 😀
We spend over 60 nights a year in hotels and this one is in line with the Ritz Carlton .... Actually the room is nicer lol and guest service more friendly!! David at the front desk was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful and friendly!! So far it's a 10 out of 10 😍😍 Definitely a hidden gem!
