My wife and I had our anniversary trip all planned out-flights got canceled. Seriously! So we decided to do a quick Bend trip instead and The Oxford absolutely stepped up as a great choice we made. So glad we booked with them. The staff (Stacy, Sierra and Emily) were phenomenal and I’d recommend staying here to anyone traveling through. It was such a good choice after an unfortunate flight cancellation. Thank you to everyone at The Oxford. We’ll be back!
During a recent stay, I had unexpected car trouble right before an important meeting. Without me even asking, the Assistant General Manager, Cody Turner, immediately stepped in and coordinated local help so I wouldn’t miss a moment. My husband and I always love staying at this hotel when we come to Bend. It’s a bit spendy, but well worth it. The hotel is in the heart of Downtown Bend near all the restaurants and shops. Clean hotel with lots of great amenities!
My boyfriend and I come here at least three times a year and for the past year when we come there is a maintenance person named Dyane who has been a god send. When we come I always see her going in and out of rooms taking care of people. We needed help casting to the TV and I call to the front desk thinking they would be awhile like it has in the past so I started to read a book.
