The Oxford exceeded our expectations beginning with the first day upon arrival. Jason and David both went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, asked about our interests and made recommendations. Our trip started on an excellent note. Room is nice and clean with good AC temperature. Perfect selection of pillow options (first time ever I saw the Tempur pedic pillows at any hotel). I requested a fan, and they sent me three different fans to choose from. They offer unscented soap and also different varieties of soap. Service is great at the hotel (from front desk, housekeepers, to valet). AC unit and toilet pump can be a bit loud , but it's still overall quiet. My mom always stays here when she comes to visit me in Bend, and every time she has a great experience. The rooms are nice, and you can’t beat the location. The desk staff are friendly for the most part but the valet guys are awesome! The most impressive part was that our server, Brandon, in the attached restaurant, remembered both my mom and me by name from over two years ago.
