The Oxford Hotel has nice rooms and a great location, but unfortunately the customer service really overshadowed the experience. I accidentally left personal items in the room and am 100% certain they were left there. I contacted the hotel multiple times and they kept telling me they would follow up--but no one ever did. I never received a return call like they promised, a resolution, or any form of compensation, which was extremely disappointing for a hotel at this price point. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast today. The coffee was great. My meal was small. Came away hungry! I had the acai bowl it needed alittle bit more of the fruits and almond slivers and coconut. Would not order again...
This was hands down one of the most incredible hotel experiences we’ve had in all our years of traveling. I almost skipped Bend during our Oregon road trip, and I’m so glad I didn’t make that mistake. Even before arrival, communication was excellent—we received updates on exactly when our room would be ready. This is my third year in a row staying at the Oxford Hotel while in Bend for work, and it continues to be a wonderful experience. From the moment you arrive, the front desk staff is consistently welcoming and friendly. This year, the manager even offered us a glass of bubbly while we waited to check in, which was such a thoughtful and classy touch. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
