True Story back in 2022 my sister and I knew we were going to have to put my dad in a nursing home and I thought that was the worst thing ever We moved my dad to Oxford Grand in Dec of 22 after living in the same house for 47 years. Professional, caring and informative are just a few words to describe the staff at The Oxrford Grand. We feel that our family member is receiving the attention and care she needs at this stage of her life journey..The staff is always so kind to take time to address any concerns we have. The care here far exceeds the previous facility that we used and/or visited. PS. I noticed that someone was not happy with the internet. They must have been talking about one of the other locations. My mom's been at the Derby facility for over 3 years. Each year, there has been a price increase, the internet wifi is only at 40% and it can't run a camera, let alone my mother's tv. It will spin a lot trying to connect. They tell you you can put a video camera in the rooms to be able to watch your loved ones, but the strength of the internet wifi is weak. I have worked here for almost a year. I love all the team work that flows through our community. We have an amazing team of leaders that all have wonderful supportive team members that actually care about the residents that live here. The residents keep us all busy and on our toes with exciting adventures and always laughter.
I am so thankful to be a part of Oxford family. I love this community!! It has such a homelike atmosphere, amazing residents and staff members.
