Great rates for meeting rooms, easy location
Owyhee Plaza Hotel Owyhee Plaza, a boutique and historic hotel located in downtown Boise, is a nice little place to stay. It is not luxurious, but the hotel is pretty sufficient. I was pretty surprised that there was satellite TV because I am so used to having cable TV in hotel rooms. The lounge was pretty nice and I liked the pool. Room was clean and comfortable, but not very big. Furniture was pretty basic. Decor wasn't very impressive.
Location is everything! The Owyhee Plaza Hotel is located in downtown Boise. Everything you need is within walkign distance. The hotel is very old and historic but it has been updated and renovated. There are two great restaurants - one is fancy and the other is more casual. The rates are reasonable and you can find some pretty good deals. The staff is wonderful and will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. They are ready to provide you with a lot of suggestions of what to do and where to go in Boise.
