I have been ordering from this florist for various occasions for the past 4 years including my son’s wedding. They were my go to florist. I placed an order online last week for a birthday arrangement to be delivered this past Sat. I had a missed phone call that I did not see from them with a message to call them Sat morning. I placed an order through DoorDash from out of state and originally scheduled it for 5pm, but had to change it to noon on short notice. The owner called to let me know the flower I selected wouldn’t arrive in time, and I asked her to choose whatever she thought would look best. This was for my family, who had just lost their beloved dog, and The Owls Nest went above and beyond to help me send love from miles away. Truly thoughtful and compassionate service — thank you!
I ordered a heart shape wreath for my sisters funeral with a ribbon with her name on it and to my disappointment,at the funeral it was a round wreath with no name on it.The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was very well made,just not what I asked for.
