First off, the servers/hostess/bartender/kitchen were all working their butts off, and still managed to be prompt and courteous. We sat outside on the patio, which is very nice and notably more inviting than the rather dark and colorless downstairs dining room. As a regular, there are several issues with the "innovation" of a VG and GF restaurant. I'd suggest dining in, over take out. Dining in you can at least make sure you are getting GF if ordered, etc. The prices are incredibly high for the portion size and "innovation" of dishes. A plate of burned fingerling potatoes are $9 - the serving size is never the same - and you could easily buy a 5lb bag of potatoes at Wegmans and be happy with your purchase - The Owl House does not care about the happiness of the customer as I have c... read more
