Bought the house for the tacos. Still no tacos . On a serious note. Selling agent didn't follow through with repairs in a timely manner pushing the closing date back a few times. Buying agent got us through the sale for sure. However. Sellers did allow us to move in while we waited on the closing in the final week. I needed to sell my home in Burleson after moving back and deciding to stay in Ohio. I currently had renters and I was concerned on when to sell because I wasn’t going to make them move before their new house was built. He was able to do a ‘short sale’ (I think that is what it is called) and the family was able to stay as needed also because of buyer.
