Bought the house for the tacos. Still no tacos . On a serious note. Selling agent didn't follow through with repairs in a timely manner pushing the closing date back a few times. Buying agent got us through the sale for sure. However. Sellers did allow us to move in while we waited on the closing in the final week. I needed to sell my home in Burleson after moving back and deciding to stay in Ohio. I currently had renters and I was concerned on when to sell because I wasn’t going to make them move before their new house was built. He was able to do a ‘short sale’ (I think that is what it is called) and the family was able to stay as needed also because of buyer. I can’t say enough about the Owen Group, especially Michael Owen!! This was the first time we’ve sold a home and he was amazing! From beginning to end he made everything simple, easy, and quick! We 100% felt like he always had our back and was there to support us every step of the way. We fully trusted him to take care of us, and he did! Highly recommended!!!
